FIFTY4NORTH | Print & Embroidery
Your logo is converted into a stitch file by our in-house design team. This tells our embroidery machines where to place the needle and what colours to use. Embroidery can be applied to a wide number of products including polo shirts, overalls, jackets, shirts and caps.
Your logo is cut from a transfer vinyl using a plotter and then applied to your garment using a heat press. The main benefit here is that the process is more robust than screen printing and the image won't crack or fade over time. Flexi printing is available in a wide range of vibrant colours and works on most garments (except fleeces) which use a flock transfer process.
Your logo is cut from a special textured fabric and applied to your garment using a heat press. Flexi Printing provides a textured finish with a stylish raised effect. It's ideal for personalisation of garments that will pill, such as fleeces, hats or other woollen products.
Full Colour Transfers
Your logo is printed using a special transfer fabric and high definition printer and applied using a heat press. This allows for more detailed, intricate designs and produces a high quality matt finish.
